The following terms and conditions are presented in both languages, Arabic and English, for the convenience of speakers of both languages.
The original Arabic document shall prevail in any dispute.
These Terms and Conditions are issued by La Fontaine Hotels & Resorts (“La Fontaine”, “The Fountain” or “we”) and cover information that is received, used and exchanged in the course of the business and services provided to guests/customers by Hotels & Resorts branded hotels and resorts La Fontaine (a private joint stock company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia). If you (the user) use the website www.lafontaine.com.sa and its affiliated reservation pages (https://live.ipms247.com/booking/chain-lafontainehotels-ar) and complement its services, this means final and unconditional acceptance of the policy Privacy (Terms and Conditions) of information relating to both the user and La Fontaine.
Information may include – your name, gender, place of residence, personal contact information, work and job title, date and place of birth, photo, nationality, passport and visa information, guest accommodation information including date of arrival and departure, goods and services obtained, special requests and notes about preferences Service specific to La Fontaine Hotels & Resorts ‘Room, Food, Beverages and Facilities’, phone numbers, faxes, text messages, phone messages received, credit card details, bank account information and/or any other information (for example, health conditions requiring accommodations or any specific services) etc., and agree to provide us with information you provide regarding your marketing preferences in surveys, contests, promotions, website and/or any third party applications and in limited circumstances (collectively, “Information”).

We will use the information if you make reservations through our reservation program, if you stay at a La Fontaine branded property, participate in a loyalty program, or interact with us through the Site. Other times we may collect and use personal information, such as: if you choose to participate In a competition, register to receive our newsletters, special offers and promotions, participate in another service, respond to comments and questions and to provide support to users, in which case we will collect information from you to administer and organize the relevant competition, offer or service where you have chosen to enter.
In each such case and not limited to, we will collect, use and secure information in a manner consistent with the general principles set forth in these Terms and Conditions unless we are notified otherwise.
When you browse the Site, use our mobile applications, or engage in certain services at a Branded Hotel, information may be automatically collected such as information about your country of citizenship, IP address, access control address, and other specifications of your system or device.
This information is collected for functional purposes and to improve your experience when using these services.
This information may also be used for statistical and aggregate analytics and we will show you more advertisements and messages of interest to you.
We are committed to the collection and use of your information by applicable data protection laws.
We will collect, use and share your information only when we are satisfied that we have an appropriate legal basis to do so as this may be because you have consented to the use of your personal information.
Your use of your information is necessary to perform our contract with you, for example, to establish, manage, operate and provide services in connection with our loyalty program under the terms of our agreement with you.
Our use of your information is necessary to fulfill our responsibilities to regulators, tax officials, law enforcement, or other legal responsibilities.
Our use of your information is in our legitimate interests as a business organisation, for example, to operate and improve our services and to keep our customers informed about our products and services (including customer profiling and targeted advertising) and in such cases we will look after your information at all times in a manner that respects and honors your privacy rights.
Because we operate through a network of hotels, service centres, reservation centers and data centres, it may be necessary to transfer your data to a country outside the country in which it was originally collected or outside your country of residence or nationality.
Information provided to us during booking or the provision of any other services may be transferred to any entity or property owned by Lafontaine Hotels & Resorts under the brand or affiliated within or outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to carry out or facilitate such services.
This data is also transferred to third parties including but not limited to franchisees, partners and third-party service providers, in which case we will obtain contractual obligations and adequate safeguards to protect your information.
We will only transfer personal information to countries that are recognized as providing an appropriate level of legal protection or where we can be satisfied that alternative arrangements are in place to protect your privacy rights. Any requests for information we receive
We and our third-party service providers use cookies, pixels, web beacons, and other similar technologies on the Site, our mobile applications, and other areas of our business to collect information, to provide you with or participate in the services you have requested, and to display targeted advertising.

Because we hold your data, we may disclose that data to other companies who also have data about you. These companies may collect information to understand your preferences and interests, and then allow us and these companies to better serve you.
We reserve the right to disclose any personal information we have about you if we are compelled to do so by judicial process, if requested by a governmental entity, or if we determine that it is necessary or desirable to comply with the law or protect the rights of our or our branded hotel(s) under applicable laws with it.
We also reserve the right to retain personal information collected and to process such personal information to comply with accounting and tax regulations and any record keeping laws.
We keep transaction records (which may include your information) for longer periods if necessary to meet legal, regulatory, tax or accounting requirements.
We will also retain information if we reasonably believe there is a possibility of litigation. By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, to the extent required by local law, you give your express and written consent to share information within our internal business system.
You are under no obligation to provide sensitive personal data that you choose not to provide to us except to the extent permitted by law.
You will not be prevented from purchasing any products or making use of our services. For example, providing and paying for hotel accommodations and other goods and services, providing the best level of service excellence, and fulfilling requests for information or services, including information and services obtained from third parties (such as restaurants or transportation providers) (such as travel agents and group travel organizers), suppliers (such as credit card companies, airlines and other third party loyalty programmes), market research, customer satisfaction, quality assurance surveys, direct marketing, rogue sales, provide the safety and security of employees, guests and other visitors, so we will use your data and remain necessary to meet the above period.
We may work with other companies, as permitted by law, to display advertisements that we think may be relevant and useful to you.
This may include advertisements on our Site or Apps or advertisements we display on other companies’ websites.

In the event of any conflict between the English version of these Terms and Conditions and the version thereof in any other language, the Arabic version (to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law) shall prevail.
